About the ePortal
CH2M HILL's ePortal provides suppliers and subcontractors the ability to do much of their business with CH2M HILL online. The Supplier/Subcontractor ePortal integrates supplier and subcontractor information into the CH2M HILL systems that are utilized for procurement of goods and services on client projects across our company business groups (herein called "direct procurement") and for non-client internal company operations purposes (herein called "indirect procurement").
The Supplier/Subcontractor ePortal is structured to include access to multiple CH2M HILL systems that are designed to provide an easy way for suppliers and subcontractors to register, to continuously maintain qualifications online, and to perform other procurement functions in an interactive online manner.

Before you proceed you need to determine what you want to do in the Supplier/Subcontractor ePortal. Examine the following structure and select the ePortal link that is applicable for your purposes.
Direct Procurement
The CH2M HILL Materials and Subcontract Management System (CMAS) is utilized for direct procurement on client projects across our company business groups. The Direct Procurement ePortal allows suppliers and subcontractors to register and submit qualifications, submit bids online, and once an agreement is issued, to execute agreements online. The Direct Procurement ePortal also facilitate interactive communications, submittals, and administration of subcontracts on projects. If your firm desires to perform any of these functions for our client projects proceed to the Direct Procurement (CMAS) ePortal Page.
Indirect Procurement
The Ariba Spend Management System (Ariba) supports the procurement of the goods and services required for CH2M HILL's internal company operations, referred to as indirect procurement. The Ariba ePortal allows the supply chain used for indirect procurement the ability to qualify to do business with CH2M HILL and participate in sourcing events. If your firm desires to do indirect procurement business with CH2M HILL and participate in sourcing events, proceed to the Indirect Procurement (Ariba) ePortal Page.
